Select Romaine hearts tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with black olives and goat cheese crumbles served with butter and garlic bread.

KC Strip
8 or 16oz certified Angus Kansas City strip steak grilled to order, topped with the Chef's special beef butter and served with your choice of side dish.
Rib Eye
14 oz Certified Angus aged to perfection and grilled to order, topped with the chef’s special beef butter.
Surf & Turf Yohan
We start with an 8oz Certified Angus Beef tenderloin
grilled to order and paired with our famous grilled Blue
Rock prawn.
Pork Tenderloin Medallions
Tender pork medallions roasted to perfection with the Chef's select seasonings, topped with fresh apricot sauce.
Chicken Parmesan
Select boneless chicken cooked to perfection with the Chefs own marinara sauce & fresh Parmesan, served over a bed of seasoned angel hair pasta.

Grilled Prawns
Blue Rock prawns grilled with orange marmalade & Grand Marnier liqueur glaze served with choice of side.
South Padre Tilapia
Sauteed Tilapia with citrus herbs and topped with fresh vegetable relish. Served with butter & garlic pasta.
Ahi Tuna
Select cuts of fresh yellow fin rubbed lightly with Chef Ron’s special blend of spices and then seared to perfection. Served with fresh citrus tartar sauce.
Smoked Chicken Ravioli
Smoked Italian chicken in a fresh white wine and button mushroom Alfredo sauce spooned over a bed of fresh cheese and spinach ravioli pillows.

Mushrooms, snow peas, red onion, sweet orange pepper, cauliflower and broccoli sauteed with fresh garlic and a touch of sesame seed oil.

Caramel apples surrounded with a flaky crust, drenched in pastry Chef Patsy’s butter creme sauce. This is a one of a kind!
Peaches & Strawberry Flambe
Fresh peach and strawberry slices sauteed in butter, reduced in brown sugar until caramelized before being flambeed in 12 year old XO Brandy. Served over fresh vanilla ice cream. Oh my gosh!
Southern Lady
Designed by the Chef for a fine southern lady and dear friend Kathy, this signature drink blends chocolate liqueur and premium ice cream together to create a delightful end to a perfect evening.
Gourmet Coffee
It’s back! Our fresh roasted small batch coffee is available for the first time ever in a restaurant in Arkansas. We hand select our coffee beans from the premiere coffee growing regions around the world and then slow roast them to perfection.

You are about to partake one of the best smokes you have ever had. Each one of these custom built cigars are the result of months of diligent blending efforts. From the custom train banding to the last favorable puff our cigars are a testament to the fruits of that labor!
